What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is an alert style of meditation.
It is an awareness of what is in the present moment.
In mindfulness, you can be present on the senses, the thoughts, the breath and the body: the inner sensations and the outer sensations.
It is about developing acceptance of what is in the moment and thereby developing the ability to deal with moments in life and come back to a sense of allowing rather than fighting or changing or manipulating the moment.
Mindfulness allow us to rest in a space of contentment.
